Low-Fat Ceasar Salad Dressing (adapted from Jamie Oliver’s ceasar on the light side)


  • 1/3 cup low-fat or nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper


  • Whisk the yogurt with garlic, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce
  • Whisk in the oil and cheese and season with salt and pepper
  • Mix with romaine lettuce, top with more cheese and croutons
