Chocolate Almond Flour Crepe – Gluten Free Whole30


INGREDIENTS:

2 large eggs

1/8cup almond flour (could also use almond meal or ground almond)

1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1 tablespoon coconut oil to grease pan

DIRECTIONS:

Heat pan over medium heat.

Use coconut oil to grease the pan.

Carefully pour 1/4 of crepe batter into the frying pan and tilt the pan with a circular motion to ensure that the batter is in an even layer.

Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes on each side, over medium heat, the crepes should be crispy on the sides and softer in the middle when they’re done.

Repeat to make the others, this recipe made me 4 small crepes.
